Also breastfeeding 5mo twin boys. Can you talk more about what you eat/drink in a day. I find if I’m even the tiniest bit stressed/sick I can’t make enough, and we are having formula refusal.

This is so amazing and reassuring to hear! I am currently exclusively feeding my twins also! They are 6 months and I tandem feed every 3-4 hours! They are also on 3 meals a day!

The convenience of breastfeeding is appealing but the over stimulation I would get feeding my twin girls is too much. I do pump & use formula. I’ll pop them on for a top up if needed 🥰

I exclusively pumped for my twins for 6 months and then had to introduce some formula after a bout of sickness and my supply dropped. All up I pumped for 17 months 🤪

my biggest fear in life is falling pregnant again and it being twins specifically because breastfeeding one is hard enough and i would be incredibly disappointed in myself to not be able to do it

agree..most think its not possible to breast feed twins - very defeating. I've been breast feeding my Identical boys who are 13weekd/5wks corrected. how long do they feed for? every 2hrs is busy!
