That’s fantastic but what about student accommodation? More needs to be done to help these kids especially those coming to Dublin from the country.

Simon I listened to Liveline last week about carers allowance. Have a listen, so angry how carers are treated 😡when people can just arrive here and get so much. So so unfair.

1,000 per annum sounds great but the greater issue is student accommodation - a working class family trying to obtain and sustain accommodation for 3/4 students in Dublin is impossible.

I think travel should be free to all students I need 50 euro a week just to get to college. I can't get a job as it takes me to long commuting to my home.

Providing means by which students can pursue post-grad medicine and other post-grad courses should be considered. €16K per year for post-grad medicine. Completely unachievable for the vast majority.

This is so misleading - this does not apply for students who have previously got a degree and now have to pay FULL fees with no grants/burserys/reductions.
