I am a SW engineer and I use a curved 42'' TV 4K monitor.I am not into gaming, so 60 hertz is perfectly fine and the text reads perfectly with the correct settings.its like having 4 Full HD monitors.

if computer monitors give you a headache, actually swapping to a TV monitor instead will lower your headaches by a lot. just get an older monitor with less resolution. trust me it work's

Tv.’s are not meant to be monitors. Otherwise monitors wouldn’t exist. Monitors r easier on the eye and not as vivid (certainly for office use) gaming is different.

i work in Dell.. and there is a section where all the managers and directors sit and most of them have one.. regular software engineers use 24 inch ones

You should not use tv for work, to much light coming to your eyes. Monitor can lower much more the brightness, some even use a dark cover screen to protect eyes. Or use dark lenses.

I have a 43-inch monitor, which is very convenient for work. You can make 4 screens, which is better than buying 4 monitors.
