@rix.official: When you agree to spar at a certain percentage, you are agreeing to match each other’s power - this creates an accord and as such a rule of engagement which should not be broken on purpose when you get desperate or “see red”. “Pulling” your strikes and techniques means being able to throw them with varied speeds and power - you might do that for several reasons; to cover a weight or range difference, to even out experience levels, or simply to practice more without injury. That’s what technical sparring is. Controlling your power is a skill which must be practiced and learnt - people who only know one gear and always hit hard usually do so because of inferior technique, a lack of motor control or just plain pride/ego. #thaiboxing #sparring #sparringsession #sparringday #sparringpartner #muaythaisparring #mmasparring #hardhit #hardhits #hardhitter #hardhittahz #boxingsparring #technicalsparring #muaythaifight #martialartstraining #martialartsathletes #martialartsworld #martialartsclub #fightclub
