If multiple staff take an employer to tribunal and win then clearly there is a problem with the employer. The employer ain’t learned nothing & will probably get sued again.

I was forced into accepting out of court settlement. My union did not support me. I was autistic and forced out. Ofsted confirmed a lot of what I said. I’m now struggling to make ends meet

everyone staying the amount is high. it has multiple factors and not just loss of earnings, there are other costs such as legal, mental impact and impact on other parts of their life.
