If multiple staff take an employer to tribunal and win then clearly there is a problem with the employer. The employer ain’t learned nothing & will probably get sued again.

As an autistic teacher I can confirm senior leadership hate being held accountable and I was also pulled into meetings because of the way I speak and write emails.

I was forced into accepting out of court settlement. My union did not support me. I was autistic and forced out. Ofsted confirmed a lot of what I said. I’m now struggling to make ends meet

I applaud him - he worked hard to get the position of head of subject , defended others and himself - this is the reason teachers are leaving in such great numbers 🌺

everyone staying the amount is high. it has multiple factors and not just loss of earnings, there are other costs such as legal, mental impact and impact on other parts of their life.

make sure you're in your teaching union!! they can support you around your legal rights and assist funding court costs
