@benaccinelli: This behind the scenes video shows the process of creating a virtual tour for real estate listings, focusing on both the exterior and interior of a property. The 360 camera we use is Ricoh Theta Z1. It captures two photos from opposite angles and combines them. We prefer this method over Matterport because it requires fewer hotspots. Although the final virtual tour requires manual stitching of images (we use @cloudpano360), this approach keeps the process affordable for both the photographer and the agent, providing high value without the overhead costs of platforms like Matterport. You can’t beat a hearty Bangers & Mash, topped with balsamic onions and thick gravy! It’s just too good. 🤭 Ingredients: Pack of pork sausages (I use chipolatas) Pack of tendersteam broccoli Tinned sweetcorn Gravy granuales - I use @Marks & Spencer Red onion Balsamic onions Potato mash- 1kg pack of maris piper potatoes, 1 garlic, 2tsp chopped chives, 180h salted butter, 100/150ml of whole milk & salt to taste. Method: Cut & peel your potatoes and put into a saucepan filled cold/salted water. Boil for around 20 minutes and add in your chopped garlic to the water so it infuses. Half way through cooking your mash, add your sausages into the air fryer for around 10/12 minutes until cooked through and crispy. Add your veg into a saucepan to boil as it advises on the pack. Cut your red onion into slices fry off with oil and balsamic, this will give them a nice glaze. Drain your potatos and mash with the butter and milk until smooth and creamy. Top with chives and salt to taste. Assemble on the plate and add over your gravy. Enjoy!
