🅡🅔🅒🅘🅟🅔 Makes 8-10 buns  Stiff Sweet Starter : (Peaks in 6-8h at 28C) 30g Starter 100g Flour 35g Water 15g Sugar Main Dough : All of SSS 250g Bread Flour 170g Milk 45g Sugar 10g Milk Powder (optional) 4g Salt 50g Butter 25g Chocolate Chip (melted) Coffee Crust : 60g Softened Butter 60g Icing Sugar 1 egg 70g All-Purpose Flour 10ml Instant Coffee 1 Tsp Dark Cocoa Powder Filling (optional) As much 🍫 chips as you can fit inside each dough! 🅜🅔🅣🅗🅞🅓 ♡ ➡️ Mix everything except butter and melted chocolate until the dough is strong and fairly elastic. ➡️ Add butter gradually and knead until window-pane stage.  ➡️ Add melted chocolate. ➡️ Proof the dough until double. ➡️ Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into smooth balls.
