Mine ( sane color) got dull after wearing rubber gloves and doing a ton of cleaning. Never happened before and they put a free clear-cut coat over.

This honestly happens WHENEVER I get dark colors gel or dip. It’s like the consistency of the pigment and the dip/gel doesn’t hold up. Could you go back and ask for a whole new color. Ask her ❤️

I am in western pa as well. Usually the dark colors are easier to maintain than the light.

I use my own gel polish at the parlor. Then when I get home I put gel based topcoat on. Get 2 good weeks and only cost 14 dollars

I stopped getting dip for many reasons. I use to have the same problems. My nails are currently naked and I don’t like that look either but I haven’t been successful with the press one either.

I started bringing my own polish in when the tech poured nail polish remover in the bottle because it was too thick. Maybe that dilutes the polish and makes it more apt to chip and peel.
