@eatingbirdfood: Take your breakfast game to the next level with these PUMPKIN PIE OVERNIGHT OATS.🎃 I'm still working on my copycat recipe for the TJ's pumpkin overnight oats (which are sweetened with dates), but in the meantime.. make these! They're so good! I like making them vanilla or pumpkin spice protein powder. Here is how to make them: · ½ cup rolled oats · ½ cup almond milk · ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice · ¼ cup canned pumpkin puree · ½ Tbsp chia seeds · 1 Tbsp maple syrup · pinch of sea salt · optional: ½ scoop protein powder · toppings: pecans, hemp seeds, pepitas, nut butter, coconut whip cream, dried cranberries and granola 1️⃣ Combine all ingredients in a bowl except toppings and stir together. If you're using protein powder, add that in now too. 2️⃣ Cover and place in the fridge overnight. If you’re in a rush you can shorten the soak time to 2-4 hours. 3️⃣ The next morning (or when ready to eat), remove lid and give oats a big stir. If they seem too thick you can add a little more milk to loosen the mixture.
