Don’t apartments usually come with maintenance personnel to fix these issues? Every apartment I’ve lived in has had maintenance people as part of maintaining the property.

Dishwasher- washes dishes rinses and drys with heat. At least mine does. But why wash in sink and then rinse in dishwasher?

I have a dishwasher and never use it. I have to wash by hand. My mind tells me hot water and hand washing is best no matter what 😬🫠

As a landlord I’d be fixing that! But I also love my tenants who are laid back and just roll with it 🥰 My grandmas dishwasher was broken forever, and it was used as a drying rack!

That would be the landlords responsibility(unless you had to purchase your own dishwasher) water pressure definitely if they are slumlords report to a tenancy branch to get fixed

I crack mine open to dry out. Same with my washer, to prevent any mildew. On top of cleaning it out at times. It definitely helps!!
