The fact that they said it came apart when they were pulling it out sounds like it had Ben buried for awhile. Rugs and carpet are pretty strong.

Ok.. just my morbid tin hat theory.. but what if a body had previously been buried there, and then was moved while the deck was built? (So they used the deck to cover a new burial spot?)

Why would someone bury a rug? Wouldn’t it be easier to cut it in half and throw it in the garbage can or take it to the dump digging a large hole seems like a lot of work, suspicious

I found out there were pond of some kind there and the possibility the rug was the liner,so the rug having lil blood that’s why it’s buried is improbable, so the dog possibilities to hit coz of blood
