Nothing will fix this overnight. A retinol will help shrink the pores, but it will take months of consistent use to see a difference. And the pores will also probably always be dilated.

My friend recommended Dettol soap, and it’s made a difference for my hidradenitis suppurativa, didn’t need to squeeze them, it just cleared them, and I’ve been using it since and have way less issues

go in wit the dull end of a clean needle, it shouldnt hurt bc the hole is already there - where the stuff comes out. Just swoosh it around a little bit, to break up the clumped together stuff

I had them all the time. What my doctor said, “avoid shaving that spot, leave it to rest as much as possible. Then it might go away on its own.” Method worked for me so far, even if it took a while

My grandma swore by a warm wet washcloth with dawn dish soap and sugar leave it on the area for a few hours. Always seemed to work 🤷♀️
