I did my crucible during a Hurricane in PI. Our “ barracks” were flooded and had to walk through ponds during the hike back 😂 feet were destroyed by the time we finished

I ran up saw one of our guys falling out ran down grabbed him ran him back up to the main group ran back down grabbed the next last guy ran up I did this about 4 times

The silence of the hike after first receiving your EGA…it’s a different type of peaceful, it’s an experience I think about often, the hike before going up the reaper…watching the truck struggle up too
