Then spray with a zero calorie oil spray and air fry at 385F for 16 minutes flipping half way through. Cook till an internal of 165F is reached Nashville hot honey Add 1tbsp of paprika, garlic powder, chilli powder, cayenne, crushed red pepper. Add 1/2cup of hot oil and mix well. Add 1 tbsp of honey and mix. Brush oil and honey on cooked chicken. Cucumber salad In a container slice 1 cucumber, 1/2 a red onion. Add red wine vinegar, salt and pepper, and Cesar dressing.
