my school also didn’t have a popularity pyramid. There were friend groups, but I honestly believe anyone in my class could have comfortably talked with anyone else with no issue.

The theater kid one is so true, in middle school I had the popular kids come up to me and say I did great and I had never spoken to them once before, felt great and everyone cheered when I came on stage, it was amazing

Sounds like most of this is coming from millennials and Gen z. We definitely had the cool kids klicks and dorks and nerds and every stereotype they show in the movies.

in my school being a theatre kid is pretty much one of the best things. like a bunch of people are really good at sports but others are all good at instruments or drama
