it's ok to have off days but don't stay there long. rest is necessary, and alone time but eventually do your best to pick yourself up and take care of you because you deserve good things.

go on a run and listen to music. Just keep running until you are completely exhausted. And if you cry during or after the run all the better. it helped me during a deep depression
