To prevent the potatoes from boiling, you need to stir them as little as possible, 3-4 times.  8. Add salt, pepper, fried mushrooms and onions at the end of cooking. Cover with a lid and leave for five to ten minutes over low heat if you like your potatoes soft. 9. Serve fried potatoes with mushrooms immediately with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
