I just use Google calendar you can add multiple people to it and then never have to worry about paying. then to do list is just write it down and mark off as I go!

I just use Google calendar and create one labeled 'kids' or whatever and send it to family members.

When the piles belong in other rooms or in similar groups, I pile them all in the groups in a spare bedroom if there is one and keep bringing like items to the groups until I’m finished & then purge
