I’ve stayed silent and he didn’t even care. Didn’t solve anything for us. My therapist said address your expectations in short and then allow them to process it. Show no emotion tho then stay silent.

Yeah no ima speak my mind , thats my man, not a play. How is he supposed to know whats bothering me? They cant read minds. This is for people who are in the beginning stage . Communication is key.
