Had both hands done last week. My wrists are still purple and I can barely move them. The injections were very painful. I will absolutely not be doing them again.

I got one shot for my left wrist due to mommy’s thumb after having my baby and it wasn’t too bad. Like every other shots, a little itchy after the shot. But it provides so much relief. I rather get the shot than suffering daily with wrist pain.

Oh absolutely not. So glad I opted for surgery. Literally best decision and such an easy recovery

I had a steroid injection for my De Quervain tenosynovitis and it honestly was not bad, however it only helped from the point of injection and up, my thumb area is still very tender
