Doesnt congress have to approve all of this money? Not the president? If it runs out for fema they have to approve more. Pres intentionally does not have power of the purse.

Seems like all politicians lie and get away with it what we need is a honest news channel that tells the truth not their opinions, we don’t have that on either side
