It is a bit crooked but not much compared to the door jam plumb . If we look just at that distance on top of door and bottom of door to pipe

The truly sad part about this is that as long as the door shuts once installed this will pass inspection. USA has fallen in there standards for literally everything it’s sad.

It’s out for every 8 inches you get an 1/8th inch out which you are an inch out of plumb and if you put it up to the board you know you would be incorrect

you are correct, look at the filler in the door jamb opening, trying to fix the wall studs that are off
