going through this exact thing just now. had major ear surgery I work as a business development manager remotely. my hearing is impacted and they are well aware of this. I made a descent bonus for effort in May then was placed on a PIP few weeks later. no regards for my recovery and having to return just after 10 days as I had no sick pay entitlement. no back to work as I used holidays apparently. no concerns for my well being. then offered OH 4 months down the line. which came back I fall under the equality act 2010 they tried to get all this before my 2years service. I'm now on sick leave and passed my 2yr mark. I think I have a genuine case for tribunal.
