@charles_dowding: Bean clean in a breeze to have dry beans for storing until you need them. The flavour is delicious, I can eat these just on their own and they have a creamy texture, the variety is Czar, a phaseolus. We filmed this five days ago just before the incredible amounts of recent rain, and the remaining pods still on plants probably will have to be picked to use as fresh beans because they are not drying much now, and will be frosted soon.
