Respected Sir/Madam, I respectfully submit that I placed an online order for shoes through the official Insignia website on 21 August 2026. The order was placed under Order No. 803663, and I made the full payment in advance through the payment method provided by the website. However, on 04 September 2026, after keeping my payment, the company cancelled my order. I have suffered inconvenience and financial loss due to this incident. More seriously, I have faced similar issues on three separate occasions, which has caused me serious concern regarding the company’s online order-processing and payment practices. Despite making advance payments, my orders have allegedly been cancelled, resulting in unnecessary withholding/use of my funds and loss of time. I therefore request the competent authority to: 1. Investigate Insignia and the persons/company responsible for operating the relevant online sales platform. 2. Verify whether the company is accepting advance payments from customers and subsequently cancelling orders without proper justification. 3. Determine whether any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful online business practice has been committed. 4. Direct/assist in obtaining the refund of my complete paid amount, along with any other lawful compensation/remedy available to me. 5. Investigate whether other consumers have experienced the same pattern of conduct. 6. Take appropriate legal action against the responsible persons if any offence or violation is established under the applicable laws. I am ready to provide all relevant evidence, including order confirmation, payment receipt/transaction record, cancellation notification, screenshots of the website/order page, emails/messages with the company, and evidence relating to my previous three incidents. I request that my complaint be registered and investigated according to law and that I be informed regarding the progress and outcome of the complaint.
