@computer_geeks: 🚨 New Scam Alert: Protect Your Google Account! ⚠️ 1️⃣ If you receive a security alert about a new device logging in, DO NOT click on any hyperlinks in the email. 2️⃣ Clicking the link could wipe your phone completely! 3️⃣ Check the email for a date, location, and IP address. 4️⃣ Click the arrow and select See Security Details. 5️⃣ Ensure the mailed by and signed by sections end with google.com to confirm it’s legitimate. 6️⃣ If it’s from any other email, it’s a scam! 7️⃣ To verify, open Gmail and tap on your profile icon in the top right corner. 8️⃣ Click on Manage Your Google Account. 9️⃣ Go to the Security tab. 🔟 Under Recent Security Activity, check for any unfamiliar activities and change your password if needed. 1️⃣1️⃣ Scroll down to Your Devices to see where your account is logged in.
