I recently learned about a term called "glimmer ". Which is essentially the opposite of a trigger. Glimmers are those micro moments in your day that make you feel joy happiness, peace or gratitud.

I feel you on that, Im going through a heartbreak that ended 10 months ago. But one day you're totally fine and then the next youre a mess. Hes already in a relationship so thats hard too

Yep. When I feel like I finally taken some solid steps forward, something happens, and emotion pop up and I go back a few times. You have to remember that grief is not a linear thing. 🖤

I think divorce is the worst thing for anyone to go through besides losing a child. I never understood how painful until I’ve experienced it. Jesus heals he is my healer !
