idk man, carbs always spiked my blood sugar and cause me to get knocked out, since cutting em off i gained more energy and never felt better. but i do refeed days in my deficit where i eat 3g/kg carb

Guys ima just shorten it up so it’s easy, just work out 3 times a week and run a mile 5 times a Week eat clean under 20 grams sugar and drink lots of water- also stay active throughout the day
