Facts! As long as there is food in their bellies and they’re happy that’s alls that matters! It’s so hard my 2 struggle I have to make 4 different meals ours look extravagant compared to theirs

my son who has ARFID will refuse food if he notices they've changed the recipe or even if the packaging has changed.when he's ill he will only eat dry crackers & breadsticks.if he's anxious he 1/

I’m an adult with ARFID. It’s not lazy parenting. It’s a debilitating ED. Life threatening in some cases. The creator saying otherwise should be ashamed. Love to all parents & children struggling. ❤️

My daughter has ARFID and I had to go with what she would tolerate. It was so bad at points but doing this way has resulted in an 11 yr old who has been adding food successfully for the last few years

as a mum if 4 kods with additional needs 2 with arfid 1 with anorexia. trust me I would die for my kids to eat nice home cooked meals that are cooked every single night

the reason safe foods tend to be unhealthy is because they are the same everytime hand them their brand of crisps they no what they are getting but a piece of fruit could be too sweet/sour

Sensory processing disorder can affect their whole sensory functioning physically and mentally. I’d rather my child eat and it be “beige”than nothing for days! i can’t believe people think it’s just “lazy parenting “ or a child just being defiant. Again thank you for speaking about this 😘😘

my daughter isn't diagnosed with anything but I do believe she has a eating disorder and Dr will not help as she hasn't lost weight she is thin but she's not at a point of being ill it's really hard
