It works for me! I learned to acknowledge all those thoughts. @Monkeymind Meditation teaches a lot. I know it seems silly with the puppet but I’ve learned so much.

Yes my mind is usually everywhere but if u really try it’ll almost feel like ur levitating. I count sheep when I can’t sleep and it feels like a form of meditation lol it always works and I ko quick

We had to meditate in a group at my rehab, I got a doctors note out of it, it made me really upset and sad to do it. I still can’t do it. So I listen to music & clean and that’s close enough.

With mediation it can take a few tries to get your mind to quiet down. The more I went the quieter my mind became when meditating. It takes time 💕
