i just got induced this morning and did all these and was in labor for 2.5 hours and pushed for 5 minutes. no tearing!

lol I did all those things and still had to be induced. took 2 days with medical intervention for my cervix to ripen. third day I had my baby. 😭 hoping it works for you though!
