I work from home I wake up at 6 with my 8months old and walk one hour and at 1pm break I lift weight at home as well when I put my baby to sleep and am 15LB down🔥

My workout starts in the kitchen I eat clean and hydrate with water I always put Celtic salt in my water! I start my day with a glass of water with lemon juice and cinnamon! I also fast!

I do 30 min incline walking, 30 min weights, 30 min incline. 4x a week. On others days, when I’m not in the gym, I walk 90 min on a treadmill. Will that work?

Im 63 years and I do not run on the treadmill as I do not want to put stresss on my body by raising my cortisol! I walk on a 7.7 incline on a 4 for 25 minutes! I do this after strength training!
