the worst is that my brain can't differ from losing a friendship and losing someone through death. so I will grieve everyone as if they have died

The most weird thing to me is I can talk about my grief perfectly fine but when it means to send a massage for her dads death anniversary or be there for someone else I have major problems.

At some times when I was grieving, I was confused because I couldn't feel deep sadness. It was obvious that I was devastated, but I didn't feel the disappointment, anger, and sadness of grieving.
