I'm a planner and I am trying to make things better. It is hard b/c most DOTs are engineer heavy or don't value the planners input. It is a constant battle to try and get these exact points across.

Yes!!! Access of gastric tube feeding was changed only after a nurse( or nurses) mistakenly infused G- tube formula into the IV access a while back. Before they look almost identical

Side note:using active vs passive language to inherently add blame. Ex The woman was killed by(woman blamed) vs The driver killed a woman(blame to car). Impt w/news reporting violence against women
