I think Cylinders 1 and 4 are running too rich! I think the cause is a dirty manifold because one set of plugs is dirtier than the other, try running some seafoam spray through the intake :D

the two on the outside are black which ever pistons those came from need to be checked the middle ones could probably be put back in

if the cylinders have compression, and they're getting fuel, then my next bet would be that timing is off with either the distributor or belt. I'm following along tho
