Theyre one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet and great for muscle building and recovery. 2. 1 pound of animal meat for dinner daily. Mostly chicken or ground beef because of how much protein they have and how easy they are to make and meal prep. 3. Protein smoothies before bed and when needed.
