In a large bowl, mix all the cake ingredients together until well combined. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan. In a small bowl, mix all the topping ingredients together until well combined. Spread evenly on the batter and swirl with a knife. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. For the glaze, mix all the glaze ingredients together in a small bowl until it reaches a consistency similar to pancake syrup. While the cake is still warm, drizzle the glaze over the top and allow it to set into a harder glaze. Serve warm or at room temperature.
