Here are 5 signs of toxic behaviors in relationships that you need to watch out for: 1. Controlling - does your partner seem to make all important decisions for you? She dictates how you spend your time, what you wear, and who you hang out with. This type of behavior will leave you feeling isolated and alone. 2. Hostility - is your girlfriend or wife constantly picking fights with you? If so, you might find yourself changing your behavior to keep her from getting upset. 3. Dishonesty- if your partner often lies and keeps important information from you, your relationship holds toxic energy. 4. Aggressive behavior- does your partner use forceful actions to get what she wants? She is likely acting with malicious intent 5. Sexual control- if your partner uses sex as a reward when she gets what she wants, or withholds in order to punish you, this is a clear sign your relationship is toxic.
