I understand that they open quite late but you also have to keep in mind that they open until 21 or 22 pm. Staying till late is part of our view on life so the locals adapt😁

Agree on all of those. If you think the admin is bad getting a NIE try buying a house and then doing reformas on it! Virtually lived in my local ayuntamiento for a few months 🤦🏻♂️
