I struggle with emetophobia everyday of my life and it can get super lonely when no one around you understands or says insensitive things. My phobia is a huge reason I do not want kids

I have emetophobia! Idk what to do about it. Constantly think people around me will be sick if they cough or bend down to do their shoes up. Hate it. Also think I'm going to be sick everyday

Dealt with emetophobia for 15 years, buckled down and did exposure therapy and I cannot recommend it enough!!! It saved me!

I have emetophobia and have 2 kids. Whenever they told me their stomach hurt I would have a panic attack! It got a little easier as they got older because they were my exposure therapy. Was hard tho.

I have it too. I just suffer thru the nausea to avoid throwing up but sometimes it can't be avoided i close my eyes and take my hearing aids off
