Don’t do the olaplex too often! Our hair has a ton of protein and it can be overload which leads to breakage. Alternate moisture treatments

I’ve been where you are. MSM powder, minoxidil and going to the Dominicans got my hair to where it needed to be. After olaplex now I’ve switched to the shea moisture manuka honey line

Olaplex isn’t good for low density hair! Matter of fact anything that says bond on it isn’t good for low porosity, it’s like protein overload and you do not want that
