I’d never leave my dog tied up outside a shop whilst I go in, let alone during a hurricane 😭 praying for all the dogs and all the other animals ❤️heart breaking 😭

Completely agree!!! I lost my ten-year-old Golden this year unexpectedly, and I would do anything to get him back. Yet, these awful pet owners are leaving their dogs to die?!? 💔
