beware if you’re older that high inclines put tremendous pressure on your knees!!!

I’ve started it’s a killer but I am gaining strength in my classes now on leg work took me weeks and still long journey to go.

i think its necessary to say really any incline (i recommend > 3%) will be great for you, just do what you can handle. the most important thing is that you can do it WITHOUT holding with your hands
