Prepare the banana leaves, put all the spices and mix well. Set aside. 2. Take the sliced eggplant and then stuff the spice mixture into the sliced part of the eggplant. Wrap with banana leaves. Set aside. 3. Prepare a pan and put a little oil then add the eggplant that has been wrapped neatly, grill for a while. Then, add a little water and cover and let it cook for about 10 minutes. 4. Then lift and set aside. Ready to be served.
