this neighbor told my aunt that i don't smile and greeted her, my aunt scolded me about it. i told her she can't force someone to do those things and i'm not nice most of the time

I am learning this especially in such a stressful job like consulting. Ironically the more firm I am the better things go. It’s a tough cycle to kill, because I am so burned out on being nice.
