@flavorsbyalessandra: Today I had the privilege of speaking on a panel at the TikTok HQ in Chicago and share my experiences in navigating the ever evolving media space. As many of you know, I had my start in food media at a young age on Food Network. When I was in college, the pandemic hit and media and we knew it changed. It made way for the rise of social media as a means of a career path. During culinary school, I began to understand this industry and establish myself as a media brand through social media.
