You can’t just randomly wear different braces because like every single one is for a different thing if you’re gonna wear power chains it’s because of the gap in your teeth or something like that, you can just decide “oh I want power chains” and then put on it can mess up your teeth teeth

Coming from an ortho assistant, you need to be careful with power chain. If you don’t anchor it on your molars then you can create rotations, space, torque of your front teeth that leads to recession

Powerchain closes gaps….if you don’t need it then it’ll push your teeth together causing more crowding and will rotate teeth 😅

you know you should really stop using power chains especially if ur dentist doesn't put power chains on you bc if you don't need them and you put them on you can make it were your teeth shift in

your teeth on the bottom is gonna have a gap bc you not putting the chain at the start of your brackets, also you don’t put power chains on the bottom bc the wire is less durable than the too
