If you can get somewhere that has power and sells dry I've you can keep the food good a little longer. That's what we did when our fridge went out while we waited for a replacement

Cool all the meat at one time and if you can, put it over ice. Cooked meat last a little longer than raw when you don’t have power

If it is frozen you can keep it for awhile,or you can cook it and then freeze it again and you’ll have lots of meals already ready for you. All your ideas are not bad also ☺️
