I paid for an 8x10 rug and received a rug that was over half a foot shorter in each direction. I requested a partial refund or another solution since I had bought the rug for a family members new home and it was delivered to them.. @RugsUSA is basically saying “too bad.” don’t buy via TikTok!

Just got completely scammed by this company do not buy from them!!!! I ordered a rug and it came complete busted opened and RUINED. The color was completely different than pictured on the website and the audacity to take $100 to send it back?! DIABOLICAL & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
