Why does it need flour? I get a little mad when there’s gluten in things that don’t need it.

If we skip the wine part, will it affect the taste of the stew? Or what will be the best replacement for wine?

I am about to make this right now. I just took screenshots of all ingredients. I really like the potatoes and carrots soft. Will it be pretty soft after those 10 min or should I do mine longer? 😭✌️❤️

if you got multiple things of the cubed meat, really any steak type meat will do this depending on how fresh they are. the less fresh the more grayish they start to turn. bright red is the freshest.
